CANCELLATIONS FOR REGISTRATION

Notification of cancellation should be emailed to sic2010@imss.fi.it.
Cancellations received before August 31 will be refunded. After that date no cancellation will be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS FOR HOTEL BOOKING

Notification of cancellation should be emailed to agemmi@intertravelviaggi.it.
Cancellations received before August 31 will be refunded. Should you cancel from August 31 to September 15 you will be charged a one-night rate. After that date you will be charged all-night rates.
